Hostel Torino, undergoing rebuilding,
is located internally former Olympic Village south bound Lingotto.
Within 8 min walking distance from Lingotto railway station,
in connection within olympic walkingthrough with Centro Fiere e Congressi;
located next to Olympic Stadium Complex and Palaisozaki (20 min on foot).
The structure has 98 beds with single and twin rooms as well as rooms equipped with 3,4 and 5 beds,
most of them with private restroom.
Accomodation caters for single travellers, families and groups.
The only hostel in Turin which is recognized by Hostelling International
where A.I.G. is the national representative.
How to get to the Hostel
By car:
from Turin bypass drive along Corso Unione Sovietica in the direction of the centre of Turin.
From piazza G.di Gorizia at the cross road of Via Filadelfia,
please follow clear direction for "Ostello della gioventù".
By train: from Lingotto station follow road sign "Ostello della gioventù" ;
from Porta Nuova station take tram n.° 4 (direction Str.Del Drosso, get off at the stop S.Marino)
follow road sign "Ostello della gioventù",
from Porta Susa station catch the underground (direction Lingotto and get off at the stop "Re Umberto) then, take bus n.° 14 (direction Barile, get off at the stop Giambone).
By plane: from Caselle airport "Sandro Pertini" (16 km far from city center) catch the SADEM blue bus to the city center, get off at Porta Nuova station, then catch tram n.° 4 headed for Str. Del Drosso and get off at stop S.Marino, then follow road sign "Ostello della gioventù".
